According to Elche's official statement, Sangaré has signed on a new long-term five-year deal with the club which runs until the summer of 2031.
About Buba Sangaré
Buba Sangaré, who is only still 18 years old, was Born on August 6, 2007, in Elche, Spain. He is 1.83 meters tall and primarily plays as a right-back, but can also play as a right midfielder. He holds dual Spanish and Malian citizenship.
Sangaré played for Levante's youth academy across three different spells when he was young, before completing his Levate first-team debut in a Copa del Rey match in December 2023 at the age of 16.
In the summer of 2024, Sangaré joined Roma for €1.5 million.
However, during his time with I Giallorossi, Sangaré has only played for the Serie A club's U23 team.
On the 2026 winter transfer window deadline day, Sangaré joined Elche on loan.
Since joining Elche, Sangaré has so far made 12 appearances for the La Liga club in all competitions, he has yet to score or assist.
