Scaloni says Argentina will be in top form against England.

Another highly anticipated semi-final match will take place at the 2026 World Cup, with defending champions Argentina facing off against Tuchel's England. Scaloni stated that the team is in good form and is very much looking forward to the game.

With goals from McAllister, Alvarez and Lautaro, Argentina defeated Switzerland 3-1 in the World Cup quarterfinals to advance to the semifinals.

For England, the "Three Lions" came from behind in the quarterfinals to defeat Norway 2-1, thanks to two goals from Bellingham.

Argentina coach Lionel Scaloni said, "We are in good form and eager for the match. This is the World Cup semi-final, and we are still full of hope. I am very grateful to these players; they have once again led Argentina to this point."

"If someone had told me a month and a half ago that we could reach the World Cup semi-finals, I would have gladly accepted it, so I don't care how we got here. Furthermore, when discussing how to deal with the threat from England, Scaloni stated, "We are always studying where the team can do better and how to best limit these world-class players."
