Manchester United's new signing Andre Santos is looking forward to playing alongside his new teammates.

Brazilian striker André Santos has officially joined Premier League giants Manchester United, signing a five-year contract. Santos stated that he is very much looking forward to playing alongside his new teammates and hopes to learn a great deal from experienced players.

The 22-year-old Andre Santos previously played for Chelsea, making 27 appearances for the club in the 2025/26 Premier League season and scoring one goal.

André Santos said, "I know Cunha very well; we played together for the Brazilian national team. I also know Mount because we chatted after Manchester United's game against Chelsea last season. I also know Bruno Fernandes; we even exchanged jerseys after the last time we played at Old Trafford, so I'm really looking forward to playing with these players."

“I believe I can learn a lot from Bruno Fernandes, so I’m really looking forward to playing with my teammates, including Cunha, Kobe Menu, Diallo, Dalot, Maguire, and every player on the team.”

In addition, André Santos said, "Carrick is an excellent and top-class coach. I had a conversation with him once, and I still remember that exchange, which lasted about 30 minutes. When that conversation ended, I only had one thought in my mind: he is really amazing."
